Return & Warranty Policy
We don’t have a policy for returning or exchanging shipment after the order confirmation is completed, except if we have made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size from what you actually ordered) or if the items have a defect from our factory.
Items must be returned within 30 days after the date of shipment delivery. Our warranty policy is only in effect for products that are received as defective. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused and unwashed within 30 days of shipment.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us prior to any refund being issued and will also be responsible for shipping costs associated with any product return.
